We’re looking for an energetic, dependable team player to join our team as an additional therapy tech, someone who enjoys helping people, can adapt quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is an active role as you’ll be on your feet most of the day, moving between patients, assisting with treatments, and keeping the clinic running smoothly. Comfort with physical activity are important for success in this position. No prior therapy experience is required as we’ll provide training.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist patients with therapies (spinal decompression, cold laser, shockwave, and more)
- Move between rooms to prepare treatment areas and ensure smooth appointment flow
- Greet patients, handle check-in, update information
- Schedule new and follow-up appointments
- Maintain accurate and organized patient charts
- Answer and make phone calls as needed
- Provide a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for every patient

Physical Requirements:
This role involves regular walking throughout the clinic, standing, sitting, talking, hearing, stooping, squatting, crouch, kneel, and using hands/arms. You may occasionally lift or move up to 30 lbs. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.

- Starting at $21-24 dependent on experience with opportunity for Bonuses dependent on performance (after probationary period)
