Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Practice Manager in the ensuring efficient office daily operations of the clinics, supporting administrative functions, and facilitating communication across teams. In addition to preparing minutes for all staff meetings and distributing them promptly to all employees afterward, this role requires strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Extremely high degree of professionalism and discretion with handling extremely sensitive information.
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities to ensure the Practice Manager’s time is managed efficiently.
- Assist with contacting building managers and cleaning operations managers to ensure the building stays safe and medical grade clean.
- Offer operational support to contribute to the management of the day-to-day activities of the clinics.
- Serve as the liaison between the Practice Manager, clinic leadership, and HR on projects, meetings, and operational initiatives
- Accurately document meeting minutes, ensure timely follow-up on action items, and distribute meeting minutes promptly to all staff.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matters expeditiously and proactively.
- Adheres to Absolute Dermatology’s policies and procedures, and its code of ethics and complies with HIPAA, OSHA, and all federal and state rules and regulations.
- Complies with Absolute Dermatology’s standard for patient care.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- Able to commute to both locations.

Qualifications
- Preferred: Associates degree or equivalent to experience
- Preferred: 1 to 3 years of administrative assistance experience
- Required: Handling multiple executive level schedules 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
