Absolute Dental is the largest dental group in Nevada with 45 locations statewide and continued growth across Northern Nevada. We are actively building a pipeline of strong Front Desk Receptionists for current and upcoming openings in Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and Minden.

Front Desk Receptionist
As the first point of contact, you set the tone for the entire patient experience. This role is essential to office flow, patient satisfaction, and daily operations.
Responsibilities
• Greet and check in patients professionally
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Manage patient paperwork and office systems
• Assist with insurance verification and basic billing questions
• Keep the front office organized and running efficiently

What We’re Looking For
• Dental or medical front office experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Organized, dependable, and detail oriented
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Pay
Pay: $15 to $17 per hour DOE
(Some roles may require occasional travel between nearby Northern Nevada offices.)
