Treatment Coordinator
This is a key front office role that directly impacts patient trust, case acceptance, and overall office success.
This posting represents current and upcoming Treatment Coordinator opportunities within Reno and Sparks. When a location specific opening becomes available, qualified candidates will be contacted directly by our Talent Team.
Responsibilities:
• Reviewing and presenting treatment plans clearly
• Explaining insurance coverage and financial responsibilities
• Discussing payment options confidently
• Coordinating scheduling and supporting office flow
• Ensuring patients feel informed and comfortable moving forward with care

Pay:
$20 to $24 per hour DOE
(Some roles may require limited travel)
What We’re Looking For
• Dental front office experience required
• Experience with treatment planning and dental insurance
• Comfortable discussing financial arrangements
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
