Position Overview
As an Appointment Setter / Lead Generator, you are the face of Absolute Climate Control inside The Home Depot.
You’ll engage customers in the store, assess their heating and air conditioning needs, and offer them a no-obligation free estimate with our HVAC specialists.
Your job is simple:

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Proactively engage customers in-store, build rapport quickly, and identify potential HVAC needs.
Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting
Educate customers on our heating and cooling services and schedule free in-home estimates.
Brand Representation
Represent Absolute Climate Control and The Home Depot with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Collaboration
Work alongside Home Depot staff to maintain strong relationships and maximize opportunity within the store.
CRM & Reporting
Submit leads in real time using your smartphone and maintain accurate records in our system.
Performance Focus
Track your results. Beat your numbers. Earn more. Repeat.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass background check
- Smartphone to submit leads in-store
- Available to work between 9AM–6PM
- Shifts are 4 hours
Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to build rapport quickly in a retail environment
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Thrives in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in lead generation or telemarketing is a plus (not required)
