Maintenance Director – 4-Star Skilled Nursing Facility
Absolut Center is seeking a proactive, hands-on Maintenance Director to maintain our high 4-star standards by ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming home for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance: Oversee Life Safety Code (NFPA 101), CMS, and DOH regulatory compliance.
- Operations: Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and emergency systems.
- Leadership: Supervise maintenance staff and manage vendor contracts/budgets.
- Safety: Lead emergency preparedness and preventative maintenance schedules.
Qualifications
- 3 years of maintenance management (Healthcare/LTC experience strongly preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and building trades.
- Deep familiarity with NYS Department of Health regulations.
