Facilities Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team M-F 630a-3pm. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility by performing maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues effectively.

Duties

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments and ohmmeters to assess equipment performance.
• Read and interpret schematics to diagnose mechanical issues accurately.
• Perform repairs, including welding and other fabrication tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with field service teams to address maintenance challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

Experience

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments, schematics, and mechanical systems.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, demonstrating the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus, enhancing the ability to perform diverse repair tasks.
