Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting organizational growth by identifying top talent while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Maintain and track candidate pipelines within ADP and other HR systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate onboarding activities and support new hire integration
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring progress
- Stay current with updates and changes within ADP and other HR platforms to ensure optimal system usage
- Perform additional responsibilities and support other programs as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of recruiting or HR experience preferred
- Experience with ADP (Workforce Now or similar platforms) strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to adapt to evolving HR technologies and system updates
