Aerospace Production Support

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Aerospace Production Support Associate to join our team. This role supports daily operations by ensuring the smooth movement of parts through multiple stages of the aerospace process. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Initial unpackaging of received parts.


• Assembling fixture kits.


• Perform preventative maintenance on fixtures


• Move completed parts to the shipping dock once cleared


• Support various production and operational tasks as needed


• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively


• Follow all documented procedures and work instructions


• Ability to work overtime, sometimes on short notice.


• Follow all company safety policies and practices.

 Qualifications:

• No experience necessary.


• Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Have a positive attitude.


• Basic computer skills.


• Willingness to work overtime, including short-notice situations


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed


• Capability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.


• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.


• Sit and stand throughout the day as needed.


• Willingness to follow company PPE standards to work with chemicals found onsite.
