Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site cleaner role located in multiple locations in Pinellas County. Responsibilities include cleaning and disinfecting commercial and industrial spaces, maintaining a hygienic and safe environment, and following CDC-recommended cleaning protocols. Duties include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, managing cleaning supplies, and ensuring assigned areas meet cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Experience with cleaning and disinfection procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other tools proficiently
- Capability to work independently and complete tasks on time with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring movement and lifting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in commercial and industrial cleaning is a plus, but not mandatory
- Possess reliable transportation, is a must.
Compensation & Benefits Overview
- Biweekly Pay: Starting at $15 per hour
- Work Schedule: 15–29 hours per week
- Paid Time Off (PTO): Available
- Additional Compensation: $25 miscellaneous payment added to each paycheck
- 401(k) Plan: Eligible after 3 months, with up to 4% employer matching
