Powder Utility Position Details:

Shifts | Sunday - Thursday

• 3r Shift | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Pay: Paid Weekly

• 3rd shift | $16.75/hour

Your Role as Powder Technician / Utility Team Member:

As a Powder Technician/Utility Team Member, you’ll play a critical role in keeping production efficient and high-quality. Your daily tasks will include:

• Operating equipment to mix powder resin and create perfectly blended materials.
• Ensuring the team has the necessary materials to meet production goals.
• Preparing molds and materials for the next 24 hours of production.
• Assisting in various areas, including molding machines and trimming, as needed.
• Identifying and reporting any defective materials or irregular conditions. 
• Maintaining an organized workspace by following 5S principles.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, with occasional stooping, bending, and reaching.
• Capability to lift between 15-40 lbs as part of daily tasks.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving machinery.
• Willingness to wear required protective gear.
