Position Overview
As a Pallet Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling pallets using a nail gun while learning the fundamentals of pallet construction and wood materials (“Pallet 101”). This role offers a clear path for advancement—high-performing employees may have the opportunity to transfer into machine operation roles in other departments over time.
Responsibilities
- Assemble pallets using hand tools and nail guns
- Learn and apply basic knowledge of wood types and pallet construction
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Meet productivity and quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we will train the right candidate
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and consistent work history
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $18–$20 per hour
- Production Bonus eligible after training and certification
