NOW HIRING: Entry-Level Machine Operators All shifts (Training Provided) – Brillion, WI
Looking for a steady manufacturing job with reliable hours and a clear path to grow? This well-known Brillion manufacturer is hiring entry-level Machine Operators and will train the right people from day one.
PAY SHIFT OPTIONS
- 1st Shift: Mon–Thurs | 4:30 AM–2:30 PM | $17/hr
- 2nd Shift: Mon–Thurs | 2:30 PM–12:30 AM | $19/hr
- Includes $2/hr shift premium (training may begin on 1st shift for 1 weeks)
- 3rd Shift: Sun–Thurs | 9:30 PM–5:30 AM | $18/hr
- Includes $1/hr shift premium (training begins on 1st shift for ~3 weeks)
There will be Mandatory overtime on Fridays

- Inspect parts and communicate issues as needed
- Support your team to meet daily production goals
- Keep your work area clean and organized

- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and follow processes/training
- Able to stand for the shift and perform repetitive motions
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs as needed
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
- Safety-minded and works well with a team
