Schedule
Weekend Shifts: Friday–Sunday, 11:00 PM – 11:00 AM & 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Training Period:
Must be available to train on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday) for approximately 4–6 weeks
Pay & Shift Premium
Training Pay: $19.00/hour (1st shift)
Weekend Shift Pay:
$19.00/hour $4.00/hour shift premium = $23.00/hour
Weekend Pay Structure:
Paid $23.00/hour for the 36 hours worked
PLUS 4 additional bonus hours paid at $19.00/hour
Total: Get paid for 40 hours while only working 36
This pay structure rewards weekend availability while maintaining full-time earnings.
Job Duties
Operate CNC machines in a production environment
Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
Use precision measuring tools, gauges, and fixtures
Follow work instructions and quality standards to produce quality parts
Training & Development
Comprehensive training program provided
Combination of on-the-job and classroom training
No prior CNC experience required — training is provided
Qualifications
Enjoys hands-on, detail-oriented work
Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
High School Diploma or GED required
Reliable, willing to learn, and able to commit to weekend hours after training
