ABR is recruiting for a 1st shift Warehouse Worker / Forklift Driver for a client in Central Wisconsin.
Hours: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5 on / 5 off / 2 on / 2 off). This schedule includes working every other weekend. Wage is $20-$23 per hour depending on experience plus benefits.
The Warehouse Worker / Forklift Driver is responsible for safely handling, storing, wrapping, and shipping in a high volume production facility. This role ensures proper inventory rotation following FIFO principles while maintaining accuracy, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse environment.

Warehouse Worker / Forklift Driver Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stage, and organize product.
- Wrap and prepare finished product pallets for storage or outbound shipment.
- Perform accurate inventory management using plant systems and required documentation.
- Accurately fill out all required documentation for shipping/receiving procedures.
- Follow FIFO rotation to ensure proper aging and movement of inventory.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any issues.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety and GMP standards.
- Support production and packaging areas with material movement as needed.
- Adhere to all plant safety policies, GMPs, and quality requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous forklift experience in a food plant or warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to work 12hour shifts, including every other weekend.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work in cold environments and be able to lift 40 pounds as needed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 12hour shift.
- Lift and move up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Work in refrigerated warehouse environments.
- Operate forklifts and other powered equipment safely.
