Extruder Operators (All Shifts)

Join a stable manufacturing team where you’ll stay busy, learn new skills, and be part of producing quality product that ships out daily. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes machine operation, quality checks, and keeping production moving—with openings on all 3 shifts.

Shifts & Pay

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Monday–Friday

What you’ll do (day-to-day)

• Package finished product: build boxes/crates (stapler/nail gun), pack to count specs, tape/band, label, palletize, shrink wrap, and band pallets
• Perform quality checks per the Quality Control Plan and complete production reports accurately
• Use measuring tools (including calipers/comparator), collect samples, record results, and alert the supervisor if readings are out of tolerance
• Keep raw material flowing (maintain hopper levels), measure/mix colorant as needed, and maintain a clean/safe work area
• Support machine setup and changeovers (tear down, set up, screen changes), and care/clean precision tooling/dies
• Other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Comfortable following instructions and established processes
• Able to use small hand tools and precision measuring devices
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical evaluation

Physical & work environment

• Frequent bending/stooping/reaching/twisting; lifting up to 50 lbs; standing/walking for an 8-hour shift
• May climb a rolling ladder up to 10 feet
• Warehouse/manufacturing environment with moderate-to-loud noise; temperature changes/drafts; occasional fumes/airborne particles; uneven/slippery areas possible
• Forklift operation may be required after in-house certification
