Job Details
Pay: $22.40/hour
Schedule: Monday Through Thursday, 5:45 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
Location: Neenah, WI

What You’ll Do
Operate and monitor high-tech beverage production equipment (cans & bottles)
Set up and adjust equipment for product changeovers
Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime
Conduct quality checks and ensure accurate production documentation
Record data, track inventory, and enter information into computerized systems
Handle materials safely using forklifts or pallet jacks
Maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation procedures
Collaborate with your team to meet production goals
Share ideas for continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Motivated self-starters with strong time management

Team-oriented individuals with a positive, dependable work ethic
Mechanically inclined problem-solvers who enjoy hands-on work
Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Excel and other digital tools
Knowledge of food safety and quality standards is a plus
High school diploma or GED preferred; further education a bonus
3 years of experience in food production or machine operation preferred
Passion for coffee production is a plus
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate machinery as needed
Sit, perform data entry, and communicate effectively
Work in environments with varying temperatures, noise, and chemicals
Make quick decisions under pressure
