CNC Set-Up Operator
Join our team as a CNC Set-Up Operator and be a vital part of precision manufacturing excellence! In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and setting up CNC machines to ensure seamless production operations, reading blueprints, verifying measurements, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Required Skills:
- Experience with CNC setup, reading blueprints, and measuring dimensions
- Ability to operate vertical machining centers and horizontal turning centers
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Steel-toed shoes are required; all other protective gear will be provided
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional experience with CNC tooling and troubleshooting
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in CNC setup or related roles
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus
Other Requirements:
- On-site position located in Mayville, WI
- Ability to work the second shift (2:30 PM – 1 AM, Monday – Thursday) after training
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new machine setups and procedures
