What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to professional ensuring facilities are clean, functional, and ready for use:

• Keep facilities spotless—cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining restrooms, common areas, and workspaces
• Maintain floors and surfaces (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, and more)
• Handle trash removal and general grounds upkeep
• Help keep facilities secure by checking doors, windows, and reporting safety concerns
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance to keep everything running efficiently
• Assist with setup, moving equipment, and preparing spaces for daily operations or events
• Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Identify issues early and communicate solutions to the team

Bonus variety (at select locations):

• Assist with pool maintenance and monitoring
• Track system performance and help maintain safe operating conditions

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of custodial, maintenance, or similar experience
• Valid driver’s license with a acceptable 3 year driving record and insurance
• Comfortable traveling between locations
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
