These positions offer the initial benefits of weekly and electronic pay, accrued sick leave, and retirement savings but can go internal to offer a wide range of benefits that could include, but not limited to holiday & vacation pay, health/dental/vision insurance, retirement savings, and much more!Pay: $19.76/hr to startShift Hours: 2nd ShiftFull Time12:30pm - 9:00pm Monday - Friday1:30pm - 10:00pm Monday - Friday2:30pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Clean, dust, sweep, sanitize, mop, scrub, vacuum, shampoos facility surfaces and floorsCollecting and disposing of trashKeeping exterior walkways clear of debris and snowFollow proper procedures for chemical and power equipment use, in order to prevent damage and injury.Remove graffiti, gum and other markings from facility surfaces, and repaints with protective coating.Check and verify facility security and safety by locking doors, windows and gates; and report unsafe conditions to the supervisor.Other job duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:Previous cleaning experience in a work setting.Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs., standing/walking for 8 hours shift, bending, twisting, overhead reaching, kneeling, stooping, pushing pulling, etc. -- normal job requirements for cleaningAbility to work indoors and outdoorsStrong and detailed work ethicAbility to work in a team or independentlyProficient in written and verbal EnglishAttendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job Fingerprint criminal background checks are conducted upon hire.Please forward resumes right away.
