What You'll Do
As part of one of our field crews, you'll work throughout SW Washington and Oregon completing erosion control, hydroseeding, and site inspection projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Installing silt fence, wattles, inlet protection, and other erosion control BMPs
- Applying hydroseed for residential and commercial projects
- Performing erosion control site inspections and documenting site conditions
- Safely driving company vehicles between jobsites
- Loading, unloading, and maintaining equipment and materials
- Keeping trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized
- Working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions while providing excellent customer service
What We're Looking For:
- 21 years of age or older (required due to company vehicle insurance requirements)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to safely operate company vehicles
- Ability to obtain DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate prior to employment
- Experience driving and backing full-size trucks with trailers and equipment
- Experience with the safe operation of power tools
- Dependable attendance and a history of reliable employment
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work outdoors
- Construction, landscaping, erosion control, or equipment experience is a plus—but not required
- CESCL certification preferred, but not required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma/GED or higher
