What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Childhood Teacher position at Above and Beyond?
Above and Beyond is looking for full-time assistant and lead classroom teachers. At least one year of early childhood education experience preferred. Qualified candidates will posses knowledge of early childhood development and implementing developmentally appropriate practices. CDA and/or college credits in early childhood education strongly preferred. We are looking for teachers that are dependable, flexible, have a strong work ethic, strong communication skills, and most of all team players with a positive attitude. Creativity, compassion, and professionalism required! Scholarships available for employees who wish to pursue their CDA, and potentially Associate's and Bachelor's degrees in the field of early childhood education.
