About Our Family
Hello! We are a high-energy, active Christian family of six relocating to the Minneapolis area. Because my husband travels frequently for work, I am looking for a wonderful, proactive nanny to act as my true teammate in navigating a busy household. We have four amazing children: girls aged 6.5 and 5, a 2-year-old son, and a 3-month-old baby boy. Our home also includes one lovable, 30lb, non-shedding Mini Goldendoodle who is a big part of our family! Our home is rooted in faith, gratitude, humility, and respect—but it’s also filled with laughter, outdoor adventures, and fun!

A Typical Day & Responsibilities
- Morning Teamwork: Arrive at 7 AM to help with the kids' breakfast while Mom tends to the baby.
- Daytime Focus: After school drop-offs, your primary focus will be our sweet baby boy and our 2-year-old (who attends preschool 2-3 days a week).
- Afternoon/Evening Support: While Mom handles the afternoon sports and activity shuffle, you will help keep the house organized, prep dinner, and ensure our pup is looked after so it's ready when the busy crew returns.
- Evening Flexibility: Occasionally staying with the sleeping baby while Mom takes the older kids out, or coordinating schedules with our evening sitter.
- Travel: Occasional travel (primarily short trips to Texas to visit family).
