This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rochester, MI, for an Early Childhood Educator. The responsibilities of the role include planning and implementing age-appropriate learning activities, guiding children’s developmental milestones, fostering a positive classroom environment, and maintaining regular communication with families. Additionally, the educator will be responsible for ensuring child safety, organizing materials, and collaborating with team members to create a stimulating learning environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with children, families, and team members
- Knowledge of early childhood development and the ability to implement age-appropriate learning strategies
- Creativity skills to design engaging and innovative activities for children
- Experience and comfort with working with children in an educational or childcare setting
- Excellent organization skills to manage classroom activities, materials, and schedules
- Certification or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Passion for nurturing the growth and development of young children
