With over a century of innovation and a presence in 175 countries, their sustainable solutions improve lives and communities every day.Who we are looking for / Requirements:Minimum 1–2 years of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience.Hands-on experience with company divestitures, including splitting companies and manipulating financial data.Combination of functional and technical knowledge in HFM.Understanding of data loading and applying business logic during divestiture processes.Ability to lead and guide the team, not just execute tasks.Formal leadership is not required, but must know what needs to be done and help direct the team.Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:Create processes for splitting legal entities and loading data with business logic.Leverage HFM expertise to create/modify rules, update metadata, and validate applications.Update FDMEE scripts, Webforms, and Hyperion Financial Reporting tools.Support Production HFM applications before and during go-live.Automate business rules where possible and provide insights to deliver project scope.Document metadata, application rules, and environment configurations.Develop and deliver training curriculum, including “Train the Trainer” sessions.Assist with testing: SIT and UAT.Review and support Disaster Recovery plans and testing for the HFM platform.Conduct knowledge transfer sessions on HFM, SmartView, reporting tools, security, FDMEE, and rules management.Perks of working with us / What we offer:Eligibility for Health, dental and vision insuranceParticipation in Company 401K planAbove and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc., is an equal opportunity employer and staffing firm.
