Lead Oracle EPM/Hyperion Solutions Analyst-Hybrid

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in need of a Lead Oracle EPM or Hyperion Solutions Analyst in White Plains, NY. This role is in a Hybrid setting, with at least 3 days a week onsite. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise financial planning and reporting solutions using Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EPM Cloud
• Translate complex finance and business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions
• Lead and contribute to full lifecycle implementations, application enhancements, and cloud migration initiatives
• Develop allocation models, business rules, calculation scripts, multidimensional databases, data integrations, security structures, and reporting solutions
• Support budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, allocations, financial planning, and management reporting processes
• Create and maintain reporting solutions using Smart View and Financial Reporting tools
• Participate throughout the solution lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, training, and production support
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to system stability and usability
• Lead small to mid-sized initiatives while coordinating deliverables across internal, offshore, and third-party teams
• Partner with Finance, HR, Technology, and other stakeholders to evaluate business processes and recommend system improvements
• Assess downstream impacts of system changes and integrations across financial applications and processes
• Manage vendor deliverables and monitor performance against established SLAs and KPIs
• Develop documentation and training materials and provide guidance to end users
• Provide production support, including occasional after-hours support during critical financial-processing periods
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Hyperion, Essbase, Oracle EPM Cloud, PMP, Six Sigma, or related professional certification is preferred
• 7 years of hands-on experience with Hyperion and/or Oracle EPM technologies within complex enterprise environments
• Strong experience developing, implementing, supporting, and enhancing Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud strongly preferred
• Experience leading or significantly contributing to at least one full lifecycle Hyperion Planning or Oracle EPM implementation
• Experience with on-premises-to-cloud migrations or financial systems transformations preferred
• Strong experience with calculation scripts, business rules, allocation models, data integrations, multidimensional databases, security administration, and reporting
• Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, profitability analysis, allocations, and management reporting
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Strong project leadership skills with experience coordinating onsite, offshore, and third-party resources
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with senior finance leadership
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience with EPMA, DRM, FDMEE, Web Analysis, and relational database technologies is a plus
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
