We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our rapidly expanding organization and our dynamic team of professionals . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and on time service performance. By effectively managing inquiries related to logistics, and transportation planning. This position requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of Passenger transportation management systems. This position also requires extensive experience in Large Fleet Operations.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding logistics issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues related to scheduling and fleet management.
- Monitor GPS tracking systems to provide real-time updates on vehicle locations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Assist with reservation taking during peak times of overflow inbound phone calls.
Qualifications
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK VARIOUS SHIFTS INCLUDING WEEKENDS.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Familiarity with passenger ground transportation operations and fleet dispatching systems is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly.
- Proficient in using technology and software related to logistics, including GPS systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, capable of addressing customer concerns quickly and efficiently.
- Must have a flexible working schedule which includes weekend hours.
