Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with leaders at hotels, resorts, restaurants, and commercial properties.
- Lead discovery calls to learn service needs, pain points, and goals.
- Work with leadership and operations to build proposals and service plans.
- Lead presentations, pricing talks, and deal terms.
- Coordinate account handoff to operations for a smooth start.
- Deliver clear presentations to prospective clients.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline with steady prospecting and follow-up.
- Create new opportunities through outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Use HubSpot CRM to track follow-up, proposals, and pipeline movement.
- Prepare pricing and proposals that fit client needs and team capacity.
- Share market feedback that helps growth decisions.
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of B2B sales experience, ideally in hospitality, cleaning, facility services, or a related service field.
- Proven ability to win new business and manage a multi-step sales cycle.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client skills.
- Able to work independently while partnering with operations and leadership.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
