Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $17–$25/hr $1,000 Signing Bonus

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in Williamsport and surrounding areas. As a DSP, you will help individuals live more independently, participate in their communities, and build meaningful life skills. As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence. Responsibilities include:
- Building positive, supportive relationships
- Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks
- Supporting individuals in community activities, employment, and social engagement
- Encouraging independence and helping individuals learn new skills
- Supporting communication and use of adaptive tools
- Promoting health, safety, and emotional well-being
- Communicating with families, team members, and support professionals
- Completing documentation and maintaining schedules
- Participating in ongoing training and development
- Flexible schedules (full-time and part-time)

Pay & Signing Bonus
Starting Pay: $17–$25/hour
Signing Bonus: $1,000 paid in 3 installments when averaging 20 hours/week
