Candidates for this position must possess the ability to support clients in a safe and supported manner according to clinical recommendations and the Essential Lifestyle Plans. Fluent in American Sign Language is a plus but we are happy to train the right candidate.

Our minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license with a 3-year, good driving record. Excellent communication skills, high school diploma or its equivalent. Candidates must be able to physically assist individuals, have a high energy level to support our clients’ activities, be able to persuade and redirect behavior.
