As part of our engineering team, you'll work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Production to improve manufacturing performance, implement process improvements, support equipment optimization, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that make a measurable impact.

What You'll Do
- Improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events and root cause analysis.
- Develop standard work instructions and support process standardization.
- Analyze production data, identify improvement opportunities, and help drive operational performance.
- Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and the Manufacturing Engineering Manager on local and corporate engineering projects.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing engineering or process improvement experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing.
- Lean Manufacturing experience or certification.
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software.
- Experience supporting equipment installation and startup projects.
