What You'll Do as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
- Design and manage personalized treatment programs based on ABA principles.
- Conduct behavioral assessments and update treatment plans as needed.
- Lead and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through direct supervision and skills development.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to support consistent care.
- Monitor data collection, analyze results, and make informed clinical decisions.
- Ensure ethical standards and compliance with all applicable regulations and best practices.
What We're Looking For in a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
- BCBA certification in good standing.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Experience developing and supervising ABA programming.
