AbleMinds ABA is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, in-home ABA therapy to a child in Montross, Virginia.
We believe our RBTs are essential members of the clinical team. We strive to create a supportive environment where technicians feel valued, receive guidance from their clinical team, and can make a meaningful difference in the lives of the families we serve.
Schedule
Location: Montross, VA
Setting: In-home ABA therapy
Schedule: Afternoon and evening availability preferred
Employment type: Part-time
Compensation: $25–$31 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the client's home.
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
Support communication, social skills, daily living skills, and independence.
Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the BCBA and family to promote consistency and progress.
Follow ethical guidelines, confidentiality requirements, and established clinical protocols.
Qualifications
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Experience working with children, preferably children with autism.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to the client's home.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Dependability, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
