What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Provide honest recommendations and solutions to customers
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer experience
- Stay current on equipment, tools, and best practices
What We're Looking For
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- HVAC service experience (licensed preferred, not required)
- Willingness to obtain NATE certification within the first year
- Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment
