Our Company, a highly reputable underground utility construction company in San Jose, CA, is searching for a positive, eager, well organized administrative assistant that is looking for a full-time position.
Responsibilities and Duties
Primarily daily tasks will include as follows:
- Answering phones and processing customer requests
- Processing job leads in customer service software
- Creating project folders
- Assisting Underground Project Managers
- Processing time and materials billing for assigned projects
Qualifications and Skills
Experience Requirements are as follows:
- Experience in a construction office is a plus
- MS Office Skills (Word, Excel)
- Service Titan experience is a plus
- Good communication skills and customer service experience
- Highly organized and strong attention to details
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
