JOB TITLE: ABL Sales Representative

Pennsylvania Territory – must reside in proximity to Clarion, Dubois Areas

For over 50 years ABL Wholesale Distributors has been the premiere single-source distributor serving retailers in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. We are currently searching for a Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience prospecting, negotiating, and signing new business. This role must build and maintain business relationships with existing customers and partner with store managers to increase sales, orders, and maintain records throughout the day. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.

Job requirements include but are not limited to:

· New business – sign on new customers through cold calling and prospecting.

· Grow existing customers through weekly visits, presenting new product opportunities, review weekly flyers and following up on prebooks.

· Support communications between customers and the company.

· Develop a good working knowledge of all product categories distributed by ABL Wholesale.

· Demonstrate leadership with customers by responding & following up to all calls and troubleshooting their issues/ concerns.

· Conduct customer ordering technology training.

· Annual Trade Show - sign up owners in advance. Work directly with customers and vendors the day of the show.

· Attend and participate in monthly Sales Meetings

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum 2 years of strong sales and relationship building experience required.

· Professional Attitude – positive, competent, credible and knowledgeable.

· Experience in MS Office 365 and AS 400 preferred.

· Must communicate professionally – a high degree of written & verbal skills are required.

· Flexible, able to succeed in a dynamically changing, fast-paced environment.

· Excellent people and problem-solving skills.

· High integrity and commitment to quality.

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods

· Able to carry up to 40 pounds
