The Optical Sales Associate plays a key role in patient experience, sales, and day-to-day office flow.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Patient ExperienceAssist patients in selecting eyewear that meets their vision needs, lifestyle, and budgetEducate patients on frames, lenses, and optional upgradesProvide exceptional customer service from check-in to checkoutProcess sales transactions accurately and efficientlyOptical & Office SupportOrganize and maintain frame inventory and displaysEnsure orders are entered correctly and followed through to completionAssist with basic optical tasks as needed (adjustments, repairs, troubleshooting)Help maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office environmentAdministrative & Communication DutiesAnswer and respond to patient emails and phone calls in a timely, professional mannerAssist with scheduling, paperwork, and general office coordinationSupport the team by helping workflows stay efficient and organizedQualificationsPrior optical or retail sales experience preferred (but not required)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized, dependable, and detail-orientedAbility to multitask and adapt in a office settingComfortable working with computers, email, and basic office systemsTeam-player mindset with a positive attitude
