- Behavioral Support with Dignity. Use positive behavior strategies that show respect and care. Respond to challenges with empathy and support.
- Be an Advocate. Support the rights, choices, and voices of individuals. Encourage independence and decision-making.
- Education: 2-year degree preferred.
- Passion for Inclusion. You believe in supporting individuals with disabilities and promoting community inclusion.
- Experience. Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
- Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, and flexibility to support individual needs.
