Currently, we are seeking a Licensed Intervention Specialist/Special Education Teacher who will work on the Education Team. This person supervises and directs a team of Instructional Assistants and Paraprofessionals to plan, create, and implement a successful educational program for individuals with disabilities.

What You'll Do:
- Supervise and support classroom staff, including Paraprofessionals and Special Education Assistants.
- Develop, implement, and monitor student's IEPs.
- Provide instruction based on student needs and IEP goals.
- Adapt lessons based on data and student progress.
- Collaborate with families and service partners.
- Assist with onboarding, initial assessments, and individualized student programming.
- Participate in team meetings and training.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians.
- Support students’ transition to adult services, where applicable.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License.
- 3 years of experience with K–12 students and/or individuals with I/DD (preferred).
- Experience writing IEPs and tracking student progress.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- Maintain required DODD and safety certifications (First Aid/CPR).
- Valid Ohio driver’s license with fewer than six (6) points.
