What We're Looking For
- Education: 2-year degree preferred, not required.
- Team players who take initiative and have a passion for inclusion.
- Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Experience is helpful but not required. Heart, attitude, and willingness to learn matter most.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
