Overview
Sponsoring Agent ONLY : We are seeking a dynamic and vigilant Security Professional with at least 3 years and currently working . The ideal candidate will have to be at least 19 years and still stay on the job until our license is issued. The application process takes about 2 months
Duties
- Monitor premises using CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct thorough background checks on new hires, contractors, and visitors to verify their credentials and maintain security standards.
- Perform regular patrols of the facility, including heavy lifting and manual handling tasks, to identify potential hazards or security breaches.
- Respond promptly to incidents by managing conflicts effectively and utilizing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations.
- Operate security equipment such as Taser, AED (Automated External Defibrillator), and CPR devices to provide immediate assistance during emergencies.
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identities and authorizations before granting entry or exit.
- Assist law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents, providing detailed reports and supporting evidence as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in surveillance operations, CCTV monitoring, or law enforcement roles.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, loss prevention strategies, and emergency response procedures.
- Certified in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and Taser use with the ability to perform these skills confidently under pressure.
- Physical ability for heavy lifting, manual handling, and performing patrols over extended periods.
- Excellent conflict management skills with a calm demeanor in high-stress situations.
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and performing background checks on personnel or visitors.
- Ability to operate security systems efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
