What You’ll Do
You’ll be the heartbeat of our office — the connection point between patients, doctors, and the mission.
- Greet every patient by name and create an unforgettable first impression
- Coordinate patient schedules and manage high-energy office flow
- Assist doctors with patient care and documentation
- Collect payments and maintain financial accuracy
- Verify insurance benefits and manage patient accounts
- Keep the office running clean, organized, and on point
- Teach patients about true health and the power of chiropractic care
- Represent our mission with clarity and enthusiasm at every touchpoint

- Perform New Patient Consultations and Health Updates
- Train as a Limited X-Ray Operator
- Take leadership in community outreach and health events
- Mentor and train new team members

Hours
- Mon: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM; 2:15 PM – 6:30 PM
- Tue: 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- Wed–Thu: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM; 2:15 PM – 6:30 PM
- Fri: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $45,000 - $57,500
