Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavioral changes in clients.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support clients with developmental disabilities and autism.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral therapy strategies.

Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst certification required
- Experience in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians, providing parent training as well as assessing skills repertoire and maladaptive behaviors in order to design, implement and monitor behavior support programs for children diagnosed with Autism, ADHD and other behavioral/developmental/ intellectual challenges
