Position Summary
As a BCaBA in our Deltona clinic, you will be an essential link between client progress and staff development. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you will assist in managing caseloads, ensuring that treatment plans are implemented with precision and that families feel supported throughout the process. This position offers an excellent opportunity to refine your clinical skills while mentoring RBTs in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight & Implementation
Assist in conducting functional assessments and contributing to the development of treatment plans.
Monitor client progress through data analysis and regular session observations.
Update and refine behavioral protocols to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
Support parent training sessions to ensure families are active partners in their child's progress.
Leadership & Mentorship
Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs, ensuring consistent session attendance and clinical integrity.
Model evidence-based interventions and provide real-time feedback to instructional staff.
Participate in clinical meetings to advocate for client needs and ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
Certification: Active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing.
Licensure: Valid Florida State License (or eligibility for licensure) where applicable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital data collection platforms and clinical documentation.
Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Physical Requirements: Ability to be physically active, sit on the floor, and lift up to 40 pounds to engage fully with clients.
