We are currently seeking a Residence Manager to join our team in New Fairfield
Hours: M-F 8A-4P FLEX
Responsibilities:
- Overall provision of services and supports for individuals with disabilities within a mixed medical/behavioral programs.
- Develop, implement, review and revise service plans to ensure individuals receive identified and desired outcomes.
- Provide direction and supervision to Assistant Residential Program Manager(s) and Life Skills Instructors.
- Assist in hiring and training for staff at the group home setting.
Qualifications:
- BA/S degree preferred. Associate's degree or two years of college coursework from an accredited college in a related field and/or related coursework, plus a minimum of three years of experience in human services with progressive levels of responsibility.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of DDS regulations preferred.
- Valid driver's license & vehicle.
