Your Role and Clinical Impact
In this role, you will be trusted to lead patient care from evaluation through discharge while working alongside a supportive team.
What you will do:
- Evaluate patients and create personalized plans of care aligned with their goals
- Deliver high-quality outpatient orthopedic treatment with a focus on progression and outcomes
- Progress patients appropriately based on response and clinical judgment
- Supervise 1–2 Physical Therapist Assistants and collaborate on care delivery
- Complete progress and discharge documentation to track outcomes and long-term goals
- Build strong relationships with patients and the local community

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
