Step Into a PTA Role Where You Are Trusted, Supported, and Able to Make a Real Impact

There is a big difference between a job where you are simply carrying out a plan and a clinic where you are an essential part of helping patients truly get better.

At Abilene Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab PA, you are not on the sidelines.

You are a key part of the patient journey, working closely with Physical Therapists to deliver thoughtful, one-on-one care that actually moves people forward.

If you are early in your career, this is a place where you will be mentored, supported, and given the structure to grow into a confident, skilled PTA.

If you already have experience, this is a place where you can refine your skills, build strong patient relationships, and work in an environment that values quality over volume.

A Clinic Built Around People, Not Just Productivity

This is a privately owned outpatient clinic that has been serving the Abilene community since 2005, with continued growth and expansion into a second location in Chapman.

The foundation here is simple. Take care of patients. Take care of your team. Build something that lasts.

What makes this clinic different:

  • True one-on-one patient care so you can focus on quality, not chaos
  • 40 to 45 minute treatment sessions allowing you to treat with intention
  • A wide variety of cases including orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, Parkinson’s, pediatrics, and pelvic health
  • A supportive, family-oriented culture where your work and your life outside the clinic are both respected
  • A team that values fun, connection, and appreciation, with bonuses and team activities

This is a place where you can enjoy coming to work and feel proud of the care you provide.

  • New graduates are welcomed and supported with hands-on mentorship
  • Ongoing collaboration with experienced clinicians to strengthen your clinical skills
