We’re hiring an Operations and Growth Coordinator who excels at creating clarity, building systems, and turning plans into momentum.

You’ll work closely with our founding team to implement new revenue models, drive performance, and establish the rhythms and infrastructure to support long-term, sustainable growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate key growth projects — Execute initiatives across shipping, starter kits, subscription sales, and online class offerings.
- Develop and refine systems — Improve workflows across Shopify, CRM, fulfillment, and communication platforms.
- Support product and funnel launches — Pilot delivery programs, test class campaigns, and drive iterative learning.
- Operationalize ideas — Turn concepts into timelines, SOPs, and results.
- Drive accountability and transparency — Monitor KPIs, report on outcomes, and ensure traction across departments.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- You have experience in project management, logistics, marketing ops, or entrepreneurial growth roles.
- You’re a systems thinker with an ability to break complexity into clear next steps.
- You’re comfortable being on camera, teaching, or sharing updates publicly when needed.

Compensation & Structure:
- Full-Time | On-Site in Spanish Fork, Utah
- Starting Salary: $50,000 depending on experience
- Performance-Based Bonuses and leadership incentives
