- Develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and writing assignments
- Coordinate and schedule color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold)
- Write and edit executive summaries, management volumes, and technical narrative
- Ensure on-time, compliant delivery of all proposal volumes and attachments
- Leverage ABHITO Pipeline AI tool to accelerate proposal development
- Maintain proposal library of reusable content and past performance write-ups
Requirements:
- 5 years of federal proposal management experience
- Familiarity with FAR-based solicitations and proposal compliance requirements
- Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
- Experience with Shipley or equivalent proposal methodology
- APMP Foundation certification preferred
