- Design and iterate on system prompts, few-shot examples, and chain-of-thought frameworks
- Work with RAG pipelines to improve retrieval accuracy and response quality
- Evaluate and benchmark AI outputs against defined quality criteria
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI quality teams
- Document prompt engineering patterns and best practices
- Support AI Quality practice by diagnosing hallucination and retrieval failures
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in prompt engineering or applied LLM work
- Hands-on experience with Claude, GPT-4, or similar frontier models
- Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding strategies
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Background in linguistics, computer science, or related field preferred
